1. 🌱 Introduction
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
Ashanti Gumbo Inc., a subsidiary of the Generational Integrity Trust Group,
Operated by: Polymath Genius Mass Media, LLC
Collectively referred to as: “the Company”
And you, the individual or entity accepting these terms (“Affiliate”).
Ashanti Gumbo® is a registered brand representing ritual commerce, seasonal nourishment, and culturally rooted offerings. This Agreement outlines your role, rights, and responsibilities as an affiliate, while also protecting the brand and community integrity.
By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined here, including all future amendments provided in writing.
2. 📖 Key Definitions

| Affiliate | An approved individual who shares Ashanti Gumbo products and earns commission on qualifying sales. |
| Commission | Your earnings from referred sales, paid as a percentage of net profit. |
| Qualified Sale | A product purchase made via your unique affiliate link within the cookie period. |
| Cookie | A digital tag placed on a user’s browser to track affiliate activity for 90 days. |
| Net Profit | Sale amount after subtracting direct costs and a 10% charitable tithe. |
| Direct Costs | Expenses for production, packaging, processing, and shipping. |
| Last-click Attribution | Credit is given to the most recent affiliate link used before purchase. |
| Hold Harmless | A clause that protects all parties from legal claims resulting from the actions of others. |
| Likeness | Your image, voice, text, or shared content that may be used for marketing or brand promotion. |
3. 🔗 How the Affiliate Program Works
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link to share
- When someone uses your link to make a purchase, it triggers a 90-day cookie
- If a purchase is completed within that window, you receive commission
This program is rooted in relational, not transactional, sharing. We encourage thoughtful, aligned promotion that honors your voice and our community values.
4. 🍪 Cookie Tracking Policy
Our system uses cookie tracking to attribute purchases to you for 90 days.

5. 💰 Commission Structure & Calculation
You receive 10% of Net Profit from each qualified sale. Net Profit is determined after production costs and a 10% tithe to community and charitable efforts.

6. 💸 Payout Terms

Commissions are reviewed and paid in the month following each quarter.
7. 🌿 Responsibilities of the Affiliate
You agree to:
- Represent the brand authentically and ethically
- Refrain from false claims or exaggerated promotion
- Disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law
- Avoid spam, coercion, or misaligned practices
- Maintain compliance with local advertising laws
You are not an employee or agent of the Company. This is a non-exclusive, independent contractor relationship.
8. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimers & Hold Harmless
- Hold Harmless: Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any liability, damage, or legal claims that arise from the other party’s actions, negligence, or misrepresentations.
- No Guarantees: The Company makes no promises regarding income, sales volume, or affiliate success.
- No Legal or Medical Claims: You may not promote Ashanti Gumbo® products as providing medical, financial, or legal outcomes.
- Right to Audit: The Company reserves the right to audit affiliate behavior and revoke status if misalignment is found.
9. 📸 Use of Likeness
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you grant Ashanti Gumbo Inc. and Polymath Genius Mass Media, LLC the right to use your shared content — including images, voice recordings, testimonials, social media tags, or other forms of expression referencing the brand — for marketing, education, and promotional purposes.
This includes reposting, sharing, or featuring content across the Company’s platforms, always in a way that honors your original message.

10. 🔚 Termination & Modification
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify terms at any time with 7-day written notice
- Suspend or terminate affiliate participation at its sole discretion, especially for violations of this Agreement
- Discontinue the Affiliate Program with 30-day notice to all current participants
Affiliates may request to withdraw from the program at any time. Pending commissions above $25 will be paid out.
11. ✍️ Agreement Acceptance
By signing up for the Ashanti Gumbo® Affiliate Program, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have read and understand this Agreement in full
- You agree to comply with all the terms and conditions listed herein
