The Experience
On a soulful sunny day in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, we met at a central location to board an air conditioned van driven by the sweetest chauffeur.
Our first stop was a beautiful location with an incredible atmosphere infused with style and thoughtful touches like a waiting area equipped with a hammock, and soft chill out music oozing from the speakers. The location is on the other side of the highway southeast of Centro Playa.
Wood fire stoves, custom drinks, world class chef and the professional and eager service staff made me feel like royalty! This restaurant is reservation ONLY to create more sustainable business practices and eliminate wasted ingredients.
