Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

Total Order based free shipping shipping on All orders over $150.00 USD shipped within the United States are subject to complementary shipping.

All orders over $300.00 USD shipped internationally, is subject to complementary shipping. We do have the right to change this policy at any time without written notice.

Expedited Shipping Fees

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

We will notify you at each stage of the shipping process. After your investment is shipped, we provide a tracking identification number for you to utilize to see where your package is.

Please note that we only ship to the countries listed in this policy at this time; nor do we replace packages lost in customs. We will however, offer digital services or products comparable to the items lost on a case by case basis.

 

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

All subscription based deliverables are offered in quarterly shipping.

These are carefully selected and hand crafted premium products that are transported internationally by hand, to avoid tariffs and customs extortion.

The extra effort takes time, and must be pre-planned. Our shipping method slows down the delivery process to minimize our carbon footprint, take extra care in the curation process, and provide shipping materials that are either reusable or biodegradable.

Quarterly subscriptions based shipping are all unique items that are designed to align with the season and therefore many items out of alignment with the season (no matter how popular they are) will not be included with the order.

Ashanti Gumbo™ always considers the environment in each business function so if something doesn't thrive in a certain season, we will not harvest it (as much of our subscriptions based products we offer is hand harvested).

Free Total Order based free shipping shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to addresses that do not contain a phone number with the order.
  • We do not ship items to addresses that cannot be found in the logistics system to avoid the items returned.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If a delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING OATH

We consider the earth to be a sacred gift that provides all the sustenance we need to live and prosper. Although our shipping policy is unorthodox, we stand by the slow nature of processing orders as we are not a global company with a multitude of resources; although, in some cases we may leverage these platforms, our aim is to reduce the use of single use plastics and packaging materials that do not bio-degrade. By shipping seasonally, we also take the time to infuse our delivery boxes with more intention and give more energy and detail to ensuring that everything included in your delivery is reusable. All the aforementioned takes time, and the moment you receive your package you will comprehend why we take this time.
